As a licensed Ontario Wedding Officiant, I’ll guide you through a short, meaningful legal process that includes:
✅ The required verbal declarations from both partners (consent to marry)
✅ A statement asking whether there are any legal impediments to the marriage
✅ The official proclamation that you are legally married
✅ Signing of the marriage license in front of two witnesses
This is the minimum legal requirement in Ontario — short, sweet, and fully valid.
A valid Ontario Marriage License is required along with Two witnesses 18+
Save time and Download the Marriage License Application form (HERE) before you go to City Hall. Only one applicant needs to go if you have your partner's original pieces of ID and signatures on the form.
Documents signings are provided Monday through Thursday only from (May to November) *exceptions may apply
Monday through Saturday only from (November to May) *exceptions may apply
Couples are welcomed to my home office in Severn, On. If travel to your location is required, mileage is charged at $0.60/km round trip.
50% Deposit required to secure your date. Balance due (7) days prior to signing.

*Plus Travel Expense if applicable.
