SHORT & SWEET CEREMONY:

​The Short & Sweet Ceremony is an intimate celebration designed for just the couple, two witnesses age 18+, and up to 20 guests. This ceremony is conducted in full compliance with the Marriage Act of Ontario. To ensure the legal validity of the marriage, a valid Ontario Marriage License is required.

With a short & sweet wedding, you have the freedom to choose only the people you truly want to share your intentional, intimate day with. If you wish to include guests, you can invite just those who matter most to you, ensuring meaningful time together on your special day. Additionally, you have the option to write your own vows or select from our curated vow options.

​The Short & Sweet Service is especially popular for couples traveling to a wedding destination who wish to celebrate with friends and family abroad, while having their legal marriage formalized in Canada. This service eliminates concerns such as language barriers, blood testing requirements, and ensures you have the legal assurance that your marriage is recognized.

Included In Your Package:

  • One 30 min. virtual meeting to collaborate and craft every detail of the ceremony.

  • Full, shareable access to your working Google Doc ceremony script right up to the day of your wedding.
  • Unlimited script revisions.

  • Beautiful high quality printed Solemnization Certificate provided
  • Arrival at your wedding at least 30 minutes early
  • Legal handling and registration of your marriage with the Ontario registrar’s office.​ ​
  • Save time and Download the Marriage License Application form (HERE) before you go to City Hall. Only one applicant needs to go if you have your partner's original pieces of ID and signatures on the form. ​​​

50% Deposit required to secure your date.  Balance is due within (30) days of ceremony.

Travel expense:  $.60/km over 100 km round trip.
